Payments made to Eco Nappy
At Eco Nappy I understand how exciting it is waiting for your nappy mail! Because of this I do my best to get your post to you as quickly as I can. Eco Nappy is a small business run from home and as such, I hold minimal stock on the premises at the present time but I aim for a 7 day turnaround from the day of your order to your fluffy mail arriving to you. If for any reason your oder is likely to take longer I will contact you by email or telephone as soon as possible to let you know.All payments must be received and cleared in full before your goods can be dispatched.
PayPalis accepted via the Eco Nappy website @www.eco-nappy.com. After placing your order you will be directed to the PayPal website where you can make a secure payment using your existing PayPal account. If you do not have one, you can make a one off payment via the secure PayPal website by entering your card details. Payments are also accepted by cheque, postal order and direct bank transfere. All cheques and postal orders should be made payable to “The Eco Nappy Company” and posted to: Lucy Packer, 69 Main Street, Great Brington, Northampton, NN7 4JB. Whichever payment method you use Eco Nappy reserves the right to hold on to your fluffy mail until payments are cleared into Eco Nappy’s account (please allow 5 working days upon receipt of cheques etc).
Although I do try my best to keep prices on the website up to date, there may be some delay for which I appologise. During busy times there may be some discrepancy between the price displayed and the actual buying price of products. Where possible I will honour the price displayed but unfortunately as margins are often very small I may be unable to. I will endeavor to inform you of any increases before I take any payments.
Delivery of your fluffy mail
Goods should be received within 7 working days of placing your order and payment clearing.
An order confirmation email will be sent.
A shipping conformation email will be sent.
Eco Nappy will contact you by email or telephone if your order is likely to take longer than 7 working days, with the expected delivery date.
I am sorry but I do not currently have the facility to add international shipping to my website. If you wish to make an international order please contact Eco Nappy and we can discuss your requirements..
Delays in postage may occur under the following circumstances:
Payment by cheque, in which case goods will be posted as soon as your cheque has cleared.
Particularly busy times, but I will email to let you know if your goods are likely to be delayed.
Out of stock items, with ourselves or our wholesalers. We appologise for this if it should happen to you but being a small business we do not keep large amounts of stock on site, so this is sometimes beyond our control.
Our delivery charges to UK mainland
All orders under 2kg are charged at a flat rate of £4.75.
All orders under 2kg will be sent Royal Mail 1st class delivery, all those over 2kg will be sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcel Service and will need to be signed for. Charged according to weight.
Overseas customers: I do ship overseas but my online postage rates are set-up for the UK only. Please email me with details of what you require for a calculation of postage costs before placing your order. Alternatively, place your order via the website and I will then send you a PayPal request for the remaining postage costs, minus £4.75 UK delivery charge already applied.
Returns, refunds and damaged goods
Any unwanted items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in an un-used condition for a full refund. Please send all items for refund or exchange, stating your invoice number and a covering letter stating whether the items are to be refunded or exchanged to: The Eco Nappy Company, 69 Main Street, Great Brington, Northampton, NN7 4JB.

Eco Nappy advises you to obtain proof of postage when returning items to us. If the items do not arrive back with us we cannot accept responsibility for them and a refund will not be given. Also you will be unable to claim compensation from Royal Mail yourself.
I hope that all your items reach you in great condition as I check them all before dispatch but inevitably some faults may slip through my eagle eyed net! In the unlikely event an item/s reaches you in a faulty or damaged condition I will be happy to take them back and offer you a full refund or exchange.
Please email or telephone Eco Nappy within 14 days of receipt of the delivery of faulty goods, to make arrangements to return the item. Eco Nappy reserves the right to refuse to issue a refund for a product that has been used or if misuse of the product has occurred.
Packaging
We only use domestically biodegradable (will decompose on your compost heap) packaging and limit the use of plastics wherever possible. To package your fluffy mail I primarily recycle my goods-in packaging or else I use a UK supplier of potato starch packaging (starch from France) whose products are completely biodegradable on a normal compost heap, unlike oxybiodegradable and PLA plastics which require industrial compost techniques and temperatures in order to break them down. The potato starch bags look like plastic and are great for using as compost bags after your nappies have arrived. All of Eco Nappy's leaflets, business cards labels and fliers are printed on 100% recycled paper.
